Slap It!

We love reviewing our sight words by playing the game "Slap It!" First we get into two teams and take one fly swatter. Then our teacher lays our sight words on the carpet. When our teacher says a sight word we race to see who can be the first one to "slap it"! We have so much fun!

Polar Express Day 2010

We each made a train car at home and brought it to school so we could have a Polar Express train ride through the school! It was so much fun! We even got to show our trains off at the highschool. We did lots of other fun things that day too, like making a reindeer craft, listening to the story being read to us online, SMARTBoard activities, watching the movie, and drinking hot chocolate!!! It was such a FUN day!!!

Our skype buddies in Hartland, Wisconsin

We got to Skype for the first time with Kindergarten students from Hartland, Wisconsin. We just recieved their card from the Holiday Card Exchange Project and we were so excited to get to talk to them via Skype! Both of our classes introduced themsevles and shared information about our schools. We can't wait to Skype with them again!
